Job Description

Administrative Banking Role (Office-Based)Starting Date: November 07th (12-Month contract) - Temporary to Permanent.Pay Rate: £11.23 per hourProcess: If interested, you will be scheduled for a quick interview with the Hiring Manager.Training: Pair with a member from the team (1 week)Shifts: 06:00 to 14:00 (Monday to Friday)Candidate Skills: IT skills, computer-based knowledge, and administration skills. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job & flexibility. Willing to take on a variety of tasks digital and paper-based. Accuracy and attention to detail.Role Description

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and shipments using different services: DHL, TNT, and Royal Mail.
  • Batching, scanning, and retrieving documents via Image Capture Hub.
  • Use of booking and tracking system.
  • Filing and retrieving documents, within an established filing system.
  • Booking and receipt of courier items.
  • Processing archive files and tracking signature movements using the on-site computer systems.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the clients business & their needs.
  • Ensure compliance in line with company policies (e.g. H&S, Information Security & HR).
  • Ensure that all equipment used, is in safe working order, checked regularly, and serviced. Report any faults to management/client, ensure they are rectified and ensure equipment is not used until safe.
  • Attend training courses as required, in order to keep up to date with legislation and company policy and procedure
