A growing firm of accountants based in the centre of Manchester are looking for an ambitious and hard working accounts semi-senior to join their Corporate team. In return you will enjoy a competitive salary, full, flexible study support and flexible working.Client turnovers range from £1million to £50million, and the Corporate team is busy and socialble, comprising of 15 members with a good mix of studiers and qualifieds and there is a dynamic and trusting culture where you will be afforded client facing responsibilities from the start.As such, applicants should; have a minimum of 2 years experience within a practice setting, be hard working self starters, focused on delivering against targeted workflows and looking to progress their study and self development with enthusiasm and at reasonable pace.Reporting directly into the Associate Director, the primary focus of the work will be accounts preparation and advisory together with some corporation tax work and management accountants. Clients sit largely within professional services which has galvanised the firm against any significant effects of Covid and enabled them to expect growth numbers nearly inline with pre-Covid budgets.Remuneration includes full study support via a flexible study package and a bonus of upto 10% on top of salary. Strong business performance means that bonus will be paid this year despite the pandemic and growth estimates remain healthy demonstrating a strong resilience within these challenging times.Candidates will be:
