Job Description

Accounts Receivable Officer Up to £20.00p/hrTemporary, Full TimeManchester (hybrid-working)Accounts Receivable Officer required to join a well established and ever growing not for profit organisation on a full time temporary basis. My client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual who is an experienced Accounts ReceivableOfficer to join their dynamic and fast moving finance function with the opportunity for hybrid working.As the Accounts Receivable Officer you will process sales ledger invoices and payments alongside other duties below:Key responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Officer:

  • Update suspense account transactions
  • Upload and post Universal Credit, ALLPAY and Cashbook
  • Process sales ledger cash, intercompany and sales invoices
  • Process dunning letters and statements
  • Complete month-end procedures
  • Liaise with colleagues whilst dealing with queries
  • Assist other team members when necessary
Required skills and experience of the Accounts Receivable Officer:
  • Recent Accounts Receivable/Sales Ledger experience
  • Experience of liaising with stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills
