We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our incredibly successful team at our Head Office in Salford(M5 4TP). Key Responsibilities of the role: To manage all aspects of Accounts Payable in a timely and co-ordinated way. To manage the daily tasks of the busy Accounts Payable function Receiving and processing supplier invoices promptly. Entering invoices onto Peoplesoft ERP, ensuring they are authorised and coded correctly. Resolving queries from internal departments and outside organisations. Scheduling supplier payments. Processing twice-weekly BACS payment runs. Processing on-line, ad-hoc, payments through the banking system. About you: Have 2+ years of experience as a purchase ledger. Have a strong knowledge of all areas of business records, accounts and purchases. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Comprehensive familiarity with purchase ledger software and processes. Good timekeeping and ability to meet strict deadlines. Excellent organisational skills. Experience of Oracle based systems.
