In this key role, you will have the chance to play a pivotal part in our ongoing success by driving the adoptionof our products in hospitals and building a platform for future business with the NHS.So, if youre eager to use your expertise to drive the growth of our business while promoting pioneering products, we want to hear from you!The RoleAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales of Novacyts products to healthcare organisations, including the NHS, across the North West region.Actively focusing on our unique clinical diagnostic portfolio, you will implement robust sales strategies to achieve the highest amount of revenue from direct and indirect sales. Youll develop and maintain key relationships and drive the ongoing adoption andexpansion of our product pipeline in the NHS.Working within the fast-paced environment of healthcare, you will win new business and undertake actions quickly and effectively. Your key objectives will include new business development, relationship management, CRM management, forecasting and clear accountand territory planning.About YouTo join us as an Account Manager, you will need:- Experience of selling to, and managing, NHS Pathology Accounts in the UK market, ideally with experience with molecular microbiology and/or virology labs- An understanding of the NHS and overall healthcare markets- Strong negotiation and communication skills- The ability to influence people internally and externally- To be a strong team player- Proficient in using Microsoft Office- An understanding of current scientific practices and the global situation- The willingness to travel extensively within your region- A degree level qualification or equivalent experience ideally in molecular, life sciences or diagnosticsKnowledge of molecular biology products (PCR/qPCR) would be beneficial to your application.Other organisations may call this role Sales Account Manager, Healthcare Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, BDM, or Pathology Account Manager.Webrecruit and Novacyt Group are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
