Job Description

What you will doWe are recruiting for a Northern UK based Front Line account manager to develop sales of the exciting new product range of EasyIO. With already over 100 signed system integrator EasyIO partners across the UK, your principal goal will be to account managethe larger partners in your area and increase sales and develop value added relationships. Additionally, you will manage our existing wholesale partners in the same region, promoting the Johnson Controls range of peripherals, and assuring growth in this sector.You will have the ability to agree business solutions with key decision makers within system integrators and consultants to assure the adoption, specification, and installation success of EasyIO and Johnson Controls.What we can offer

How you will do itReporting to, and working closely with the UK & I sales manager, you will have the full support of the internal sales engineer and technical support team.
  • Working with existing system integrators and consultants to continue the deployment of Easy IO products as well as Johnson Controls peripheral products throughout their existing and future buildings.
  • Actively manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, training requirements, identifying pipelines of potential new business and bids within Salesforce CRM system
  • Analyse market opportunities, develop and implement strategies to maximise EasyIO market share with new and existing customers.
  • Work within the UK team to identify all routes to market for high profile projects where EasyIO is required and where multiple customers are bidding for the project.
  • In addition to working with the System Integrators, research and identify potential EasyIO customers including end users and consultants.
  • Identify key competitors, their business strategies, products, and services to favourably differentiate EasyIO within the marketplace.
  • Working with existing wholesalers, continue to promote Johnson Controls extensive range of field devices, including the launch of new product ranges to the UK.
  • Manage entire bid process from receipt of enquiry through costings, negotiations and to order receipt.
What we look for
  • Minimum 2 years account/sales experience in the UK within mechanical and electrical disciplines or minimum 5 years working in technical engineering role within UK Building Management Systems
  • Excellent commercial skills and a good technical knowledge of BMS and peripheral products.
  • Extremely customer focused with the ability to initiate actions and develop long term key accounts and value propositions.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline within a crm system.
  • Excellent organiser, ability to initiate and liaise with personnel at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation & interpersonal communications skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to contribute and work within a team to maximise business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel particularly into London.
