Job Description

Company Overview: Our client is a leading utility switching provider, dedicated to simplifying the process of moving home for residents and businesses. Our clients innovative proptech solutions enable a smooth transition of utility services, saving time, effort, and moneyfor our customers. As the business continues to expand its operations, they are seeking a talented and customer-focused Proptech Account Manager to join our team in Manchester, specialising in residential lettings, housing associations, and build to rent sectors. As a Proptech Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the residential lettings, housing associations, and build to rent sectors. Your in-depth understanding of the industry and our proptech solutionswill enable you to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients, helping them streamline their utility switching processes and enhance their overall customer experience. Your expertise in these sectors will be instrumental in driving customer satisfactionand contributing to revenue growth.Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the residential lettings, housing associations, and build to rent sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges related to utility switching.
  • Promote and educate clients about our proptech solutions, demonstrating how they can improve their operations and customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations that impact the residential lettings, housing associations, and build to rent sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably as an Account Manager within the residential lettings, housing associations, or build to rent sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Knowledge of proptech solutions and their application in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with utility switching processes and regulations in the residential sector is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
