The AD is requiredto lead on development of work which helps our clients to meet and exceed their marketing/business objectives. They will lead with a can do attitude from strategy development, commercial astuteness, project management, all in order to meet the agencys standardsand exceed the clients expectations.ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Exceptional client management, with focus on developing client relationships with theclient team built upon trust and mutual understanding Assisting clients with the development of marketing and communication plans and theestablishment of long and short term marketing/business objectives and goals Day to day responsibility and representation of the client business within the agencywith accountability for successful implementation of campaigns, on time, on brief and tobudget A deep understanding of the clients business and of the key broader factors and trendsshaping their markets and categories. Continually enhancing knowledge of the clientsbrand, products and market place and looking for opportunities to engage in broaderbusiness dialogue with clients to ultimately grow the account in revenue Rapidly resolving and problem solving client and agency issues if they occur Identifying, evaluating and monitoring effective marketing opportunities Regularly seeking out ways to add value to the client/agency relationshipStrategy/Creative Develop and drive insightful agency briefs Work with partner Strategist and Creative to develop ideas that deliver against yourclients marketing and business objectives Be responsible for the quality and control of all the agency outputs Help drive a sense of pride in the client for work that the agency doEntrepreneurial Develop proactive recommendations to drive growth Challenge yourself and the team every day to be better and look to deliver more Be pioneering and responsible for award entry submissions Support New Business pitches when required Help provide relevant and compelling case studies for new business pitchesPeople Ultimate responsibility for the smooth running of the account, operationally, creativelyand commercially Lead by example and represent all the core values of the agency Motivate the team during difficult times and confront/resolve conflict successfully Create the best possible environment to produce fantastic client outcomes Be responsible for ensuring the team have the right time and resources to deliver withinthe clients time frame Conduct the appraisal process for direct reports and have responsibility for careermanagement and development of individuals who report to you Create a continuous learning culture within the team to ensure continuous improvement in all team activities eg competitor analysis, industry trends etcBuild relationships with other departments (or network where appropriate) to providequality agency productFinancial Complete weekly timesheets and ensure all your teams timesheets are up to date Ensure clients sign off on all estimates and appropriate filing of all estimates for trackingand compliance Be responsible for all projects and campaigns profitably - ensure ongoing monitoring ofall costs and any applicable overages are covered by client Responsible for maximising the accounts billings and or income and for seeking outadditional income opportunities and areas of growth&#
