Job Description

UCH Logistics is a dynamic, customer focused provider of specialist transport services to the airfreight industry. We are now seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for our busy Late Shift operation on a full time, permanent basis at our Manchester Airport site.The right candidates will ideally have:

  • A flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to make a valuable contribution to this busy team
  • Physical ability to unload freight and reload onto southbound trunkers
  • Fork Lift Truck operating experience essential (Counterbalance minimum)
  • An enjoyment of physical and varied work
  • The ability to exercise Quality Control with excellent attention to the quality of loads received
  • The ability to work within a busy environment to sometimes time critical deadlines
  • You must have a 5 year checkable work history.
In return, we are offering:
  • £11.66 per hour (equivalent to £27,284 per annum)
  • Monday to Friday Shift; 2.00pm to 12:00 Midnight
  • 28 Days Holiday (including public holidays), rising to 30 days after 2 years
  • Workplace Pension Scheme
  • On-site parking
