About the RoleHere at dnata catering, we are looking for someone to join us as a Payroll / Pensions Advisor.In the role you will assist in the management of payroll and pension’s data accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring associated systems are correctly populated with accurate and complete employee information. You will liaise with ADP and the pension’s provider, creating effective and influential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Processing accurate payroll and pension submissions and ensuring processes and controls are documented (identifying / rectifying any weaknesses), you will act as a key point of contact with HR and help keep the business updated with key payroll / pension and tax legislation changes.And what you might be asking yourself is, what are they are looking forCIPP qualified (or equivalent) and with previous experience working in a payroll department, preferably of a similar size, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong and up-to-date payroll and employment tax technical knowledge.With DC Pensions experience and customer focussed, you will be a team player, result oriented and organised. Experience of using ADP iHCM or Kronos is highly advantageous.
