Guaranteed Hourly Rate - £8.72/hFull-time or Part-time - 12 or 30 hours average per weekPermanent Role - NOT a zero-hours contract, NOT a temporary contractFull training providedUniform providedBased at Manchester AirportOur client, one of the UK’s most trusted and highly respected car service brands are seeking presentable, adaptable individuals to become Meet & Greet Agents at Manchester Airport.For over 40 years, they have provided a first-class executive service to the public, growing organically from a small operation to a worldwide network available in 350 cities and transporting over 10 million passengers each year in London alone.As a Meet & Greet Agent, you will become part of an award-winning customer service team and be responsible for the Meet & Greet of arriving first and business class passengers at Manchester Airport, directing them to the correct chauffeur, assisting with their luggage if needed and ensuring a first-class customer service experience. This is a key customer-facing role that requires the right candidate to carry out a variety of operational tasks, such as checking, validating, inputting and tidying-up of inbound passenger information, staffing the chauffeur drive desk, marshalling chauffeurs and dealing directly with arriving passengers.This is a permanent role that requires a certain degree of flexibility as shifts may start as early as 07.00 AM and finish as late as 21.00 PM. We can offer both full-time and part-time hours, with shifts between 3.5 - 7.5 hours long. Please note the role will require some weekend work.The ideal candidate for this role will have some customer-facing experience, which may be gained in a variety of sectors, such as retail, hospitality, bar work or a receptionist position. You will be an excellent team player, presentable and smart at all times.
