Job Description

An experienced property Sales Negotiator is required for our clients prestigious, well-established estate agent near Maldon, Essex. The successful Sales Negotiator will have an active role in supporting the Branch Manager and achieving the companys objectives.As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will have previous sales experience.Your days will be busy and varied and will include:

  • Registration of applicants & ensuring the database is updated with accurate details
  • Business Development; valuation, mortgage & solicitor leads
  • Booking viewings and carrying out viewings
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Negotiating offers
  • Cover sales valuations when required
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Building long-lasting customer relationships
To perform the role of Senior Sales Negotiator you will need:
  • Previous Sales Negotiator experience in the property sector is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Local to Maldon, Essex
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator who wants to progress their career to Sales Valuer / Assistant Branch Manager within a short period of time!The package includes:
  • Basic salary of £20 - £22,000 pa (DOE)
  • Realistic OTE of £35,000 pa
  • Un-capped commission
