Job Description

An experienced Sales Negotiator is required for our clients prestigious, independent estate agent near Maldon, Essex. The successful part-time Sales Negotiator will be required to work for 3 full days per week.Your days will be busy and varied and will include:

  • Registration of applicants & ensuring the database is updated with accurate details
  • Business Development; valuation, mortgage & solicitor leads
  • Booking viewings and carrying out viewings
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Negotiating offers
  • Cover sales valuations when required
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Building long-lasting customer relationships
To perform the role of Part Time Sales Negotiator you will need:
  • Previous Sales Negotiator experience in the property sector is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Local to Maldon, Essex
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator who wants to achieve a work-life balance with the support of a highly regarded estate agent.The package includes;
  • Basic salary of £16,000 - £18,000 pa
  • Part-time hours
  • 3 full days per week
  • Branch performance-based bonus
