Job Description

Property Sales Advisor£23k-£25k per annum + BonusMaldon, EssexMonday-Thursday, 9am-6pm & Fridays 9am-2:30pm *Free on-site parking, early finish on a Friday, Xmas shut down, development opportunities, private healthcare, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, friendly and supportive team, travel opportunities abroad*Our client, a successful construction business based in Maldon, is currently seeking a Property Sales Advisor to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clientsover the phone.Working within the post-sales team, duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Following up new sales enquiries
  • Utilising the internal database to make outbound calls
  • Following up on marketing material to gain interest
  • Making warm and cold calls to prospect and lapsed clients
  • Pre-screening leads prior to sending them to the Business Managers
  • Occasional travel abroad with the team to see properties
