Grass Machinery and Showroom SalesA local, family run business are seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional from a farming or agricultural background to join their stable and growing team.Reporting to the General Groundcare Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Grass Machinery Showroom sales. Your role will be to maximize sales opportunities for the department in a courteous and effective manner.Essential Skills/Experience:Proven customer service and upsales experienceSmart & presentable appearance as customer facing roleExcellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers during busy periods both verbal and writtenMotivated by sales and targetsAbility to manage customer expectations without over committing v Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash, cheque and card paymentsA team player-capable of working alone or with other team staffAble to use own initiativeAbility to communicate effectively to all levels of the businessMaintain a good general level of health and fitnessTake responsibility for showroom stock and displaysBenefits:Salary: £CompetitiveMonday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, plus weekends on a rota.Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer Required skills
