Support Worker£10.50 to £12.00per hourMaidstone, KentComplex Care are recruiting for experienced support workers to work with clients in the Maidstone area. We have both male and female clients aged between 9 years and 54 years old. Support is required with varying needs such as profound & multiple learningdisabilities, challenging behaviour, non verbal, ADHD, severe sensory process disorder, epilepsy, gastrostomy, cerebral palsy, mobility needs, mental health andautism.Some clients require community based support only, whereas others will require support within their own home. For those supporting in the community you must be a driver and have the use of a vehicle.Experience of moving and handling and gastrostomy would also be beneficial for our more clinical client.Experience in the use of Makaton is also desirable but not essential.There are a variety of daytime shifts available, weekdays and weekends.We are looking for individuals who have compassion and commitment that can support making positive changes to someones life.
