As a group they have been established for 110 years and employ around 700 people. They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to liaise directly with their managers asan office based support system. As Customer Service Coordinator you will provide the product end user with an excellent customer journey from quotation to delivery, ensuring your service providesan unforgettable experience resulting in repeat custom and be the preferred supplier.Customer Service CoordinatorJob Duties

  • Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator.
  • Manage the administration of quotations and orders through both telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • Develop your own personal relationships with internal and external customers to ensure we are the customer’s supplier of choice.
  • Work towards department targets and business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service responding promptly to customer demands.
  • Provide high level of data accuracy when responding to customer correspondence.
  • Compliance to Safety, Health and Environmental standards of our business.
Requirements
  • Good track record in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, data inputting and IT skills are required.
This role does follow a shift rota pattern which all team members take turns to cover.Please note this is an office based role. Interviews looking to be held;w/c 27th May and w/c 3rd June.
