Job Description

Reports to: Group IT DirectorTeam: ITThe Outset Group is an HR, Employment law, H&S, and Employee benefits company that consists of 4 separate businesses being integrated into one People Services company. To cement the new organisation structure, Outset is implementing a new, company-wide Salesforce.comCRM and Pardot marketing implementation. Working will an established Salesforce.com consultancy, the CRM Manager will liaise on the design, work with the project team on implementation, and manage the BAU Salesforce org for the Group.Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Group IT Director and working closely with the Group Services support team, the CRM Manager will manage the day to day usage of Salesforce including advanced user support, training, report and dashboard design, and system improvements.
  • Outset is a growing and acquisitive company with fast paced growth plans. The CRM Manager will enhance and develop the Salesforce org to integrate new capabilities and help onboard new teams on a regular basis.
  • Location, flexible working with 2 days per week in the office in Tunbridge Wells or Maidstone
Qualifications & Skills
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator qualified (Essential) with experience of managing multi-business unit Salesforce organisations.
  • Prior experience of Pardot, Conga and accounting system integration is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
