This position offers a competitive salary and excellent bonus and commission schemes. For an experienced consultant we can also offerinitial guarantees while you build your desk.Pearson Whiffin Recruitment has seen unprecedented growth since 2022 and since moving to a new location at Maidstone Studios has quickly sought to expand all of its recruitment teams. We work in a fun but focused office with a relaxed dress code and freeon site parking.The education division at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment is a popular recruiter of choice in the school’s market with a high number of established client partnerships and candidates available to work. As a trainee, consultant or senior consultant you willbe tasked initially with developing an already successful education desk focussed on Primary and SEND schools. Flexibility on desk and location can be offered for an experienced consultant. You will be offered the training and support to be a real successin recruitment making you an integral part of the expanding Education team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment. Some flexibility to work from home can be discussed for the right candidate.With freedom to build a business in your own way you will be tasked with increasing our footprint in the education market. You will recruit and clear teachers and teaching assistants, make placements using your judgement of suitability, skills and qualificationsand ultimately manage complex client partnerships with long-term goals in mind. You will develop the temporary business including supply teachers and teaching assistants but also build a permanent desk to increase revenue.Pearson Whiffin Education have a market leading approach to salary and commission packages for its consultants. Everyconsultant is given the freedom to express themselves through business planning and weekly desk plans but with the support of experienced management along the way.To be considered for this Education Recruitment Consultant you will need:

• Experience of recruitment, sales or experience in the education sector
• Some knowledge or understanding of safer recruitment processes and regulations in Education
• The ability to identify and recruit high quality teachers and teaching assistants from the market
• The ability to manage client relationships and partnerships
• A friendly and professional phone manner
