Private Client Tax Manager/Senior ManagerStep into the Spotlight as our Private Client Tax Manager/Senior Manager!We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Private Client Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team on a hybrid basis with very competitive salary and benefitsThis will be an advisory-focused role where you’ll be the maestro conducting the symphony of our private client tax function workflow.As the star of the show, you’ll manage a portfolio of private client tax relations, ensuring every note hits the right pitch. Your role will require you to provide technical expertise directly to clients and colleagues.Responsibilities:

  • Master the art of planning, prioritising, resourcing, and allocating relevant client corporate tax work (both compliance & advisory) to ensure a harmonious team workflow.
  • Be the go-to guru for tax technical advice across the firm.
  • Keep a keen eye on work progress, ensuring all clients and internal stakeholders are in the loop.
  • Continually develop your private client tax technical skills, staying up-to-date through training courses, research, and keeping abreast of changes in legislation and HMRC policy.
  • Proactively seek out tax advisory work from your allocated private client tax work.
  • Manage, protect, and grow your own client portfolio, adding maximum value to clients and maximising fee levels.
  • Delegate work to colleagues to meet training needs and be available to assist with queries.
  • Build your own market profile/network and engage in new business development activities to generate your own leads and convert them into clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  • CTA qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive personal taxation experience
