Operations Manager Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Company benefits. Location: Maidstone (Commutable from: Coxheath, Bearsted, East Farleigh, Ditton, Aylesford, West Malling, Wateringbury, Snodland, Hempstead, Gillingham, Sittingbourne). Are you an Operations Manager from a manufacturing background looking for a highly autonomous role, working with senior directors and having a direct impact on the growth and goals of the business On offer is this excellent Operations Manager role for a rapidly growing company, managing a team of 80 with potential progression to directorship level in the future. This is a Market leading company who are making big strides in their industry. They possess a wide range of high value clients and have a varied product range that is in demand. They are looking to bring in an Operations Manager to assist in their growth plans. On offer is this high level Operations Manager role where you will take the technical lead on ground breaking projects and also receive industry leading product training to further develop your manufacturing skills and knowledge. This role would suit an Operations Manager looking for a new challenge in the Manufacturing industry and the chance to progress into higher management in the future. The Role:

The Candidate:
  • Manufacturing/Engineering experience (HNC/HND Level).
  • Commercial awareness and strong financial skills.
