Job Title: Legionella Remedial Plumber - MobileLocation: South London & KentSalary / Pay Rate: up to £35KJob Type: PermanentThe Role:Undertake inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations including: Pipework inspections, adaptions and repairs including associated equipment (pumps / expansion vessels / PRVs / TMVs etc.), drainage inspectionsand sanitation repairs or replacement.Hot Water generation and distribution systems.Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections.All work would need to be completed to SFG20 or relevant ACoPs as applicable.The Company:The UKs leading facilities management and professional services company, looking after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base, from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools and government offices.The Candidate:Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environmentRelevant qualifications required e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma.Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.The Benefits:Pension, Life Assurance, Use of company vehicle for personal use, Employee Shares Schemes, Reward programme & Employee Assistance programme along with many other benefits & employee discounts.
