Our client is seeking a floor layers labourer to assist with pub refurbishment jobs across London. The ideal candidate would live in in Gravesend area so they could be collected via the main floor layer daily. The main site is in Dartford, so you wouldideally be able to get to this site easily if necessary. CSCS card preferred.Requirements:As a labourer you will provide physical labour on site. You will assist skilled trades as needed and load and unload deliveries to the work site. In addition, you will maintain a safe job site by removing any hazards.Responsibilities:Be at the job site on timeProvide assistance on the site as neededPerform care and maintenance of assigned toolsLoad and unload materialsRemove hazards from the job siteAssemble scaffoldingPerform physical labor on construction sitesClean job sitesRequirements:1 years experience as a roofer laborerMust be able to lift easilyWillingness to work a varied schedule each weekOperate a variety of tools and machineryMust be dependableMust have reliable transportationHours of work are Monday – Friday. This is a permanent role for the ideal candidate. £12.50 per hour PAYE.
