* Finance Manager* £45k - £65k DOE, bonus, 25 days holiday, flexible working* High-performing company in a busy industryRadar Recruitment are exclusively working with one of Kents most exciting companies, supporting them in their search for a new Finance Manager. This is the first of two hires which will be instrumental in creating a new stream within the Finance team. Reportinginto the Finance Director, this role will suit a management accounts-biased Finance Manager who enjoys a fast-paced and varied role.Following significant investment, acquisition and hugely successful planning and strategy we are being tasked with building out the UK Finance team, Radar Recruitment completed "Phase One and Phase Two" of the companys recruitment part way through last yearand the newly appointed individuals have experienced significant success, resulting in the additional roles we are currently advertising.As things stand, the role is completely remote, however they do have access to an office to allow for meetings and hot-desking, this is based near Maidstone. Aside from ability and experience the team is positive, energetic and proactive in their approach, so ultimately, wewould like someone to mirror these attributes.Duties:* Statutory, month and year end reporting, linked to transactional and commercial teams (bridging gap between finance team streams - FP&A & Commercial, Transactional).* Global overheads - linked to budgets, upcoming projects- global processes to be established.* Central profit centre management.* Treasury - day to day management of cash receipts through to payment runs, Group Cash Flow reporting and analysis.* Support local regulatory reporting compliance - including tax, VAT, ONS.* Group cash flow management and analysis.* Support on the global platform forecasting and budgeting process.* Support commercial analysis as required.* Stakeholder management - key liaison to variety of platforms.* System management.* Dedicated local reporting where required.Profile:* ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified, QBE, Part-Qualified with relevant experience, all to be considered.* Prior experience in a similar role, or at least a role that allows you to take on the initial day-to-day functions will be vital, we are happy to consider individuals who are seeking a development opportunity.
