We are currently working with one of the South East’s leading utility and reinstatement companies.This position offers a stable career with a well-established contractor boasting a healthy order book for 2020/21.Salary to £45k | Project Award Bonus | Company Vehicle | Pension | 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysKey Essentials:* You will be required to tender on utility hand lay and general reinstatement projects with values ranging from £25k - £500k* Organising appropriate tender enquiries from key clients in the utilities industry* Administrating correspondence and tender documents* When preparing tenders you will be responsible for all build ups and take offs taking into consideration of all plant, transport and labour, outputs and programme of works* Handover of tender files to the project team* Responsible for investigating and keeping up to date with cost effective and / or alternative solutionsRequirements:* Previous estimating experience in utility reinstatement, minor civils or groundworks* You should have a good understanding of estimating processes and tender buying* It is essential that you have good I.T Skills in Microsoft Office packages#reinstatement #resurfacing #civilengineering #groundwork #machinelay #handlay #blacktop #tarmac #excavation #utilities #highways #tender #bid #estimate #HRA #asphalt #tarmac Required skills
