Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a leading roofing contractor located in Kent. The company work on a range of commercial and industrial projects including installation, repair and maintenance work. Due to continuous growth anda pipeline of projects, they require an experienced Contracts Manager / Project Manager to join their team.Roofing Contracts Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary of £45,000- £70,000 (dependant on experience)
  • Car allowance
  • 28 days holiday

Roofing Contracts Manager Position Overview
  • Estimating and pricing of roofing works
  • Help oversee the management on projects from start through to completion
  • Work closely with other teams to control health, safety and quality
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest level
  • Arrange site logistics
  • Carryout handover to management on new projects
  • Help organise labour and planning
  • Keep full records
  • Based predominantly from the Head Office in Aylesford
Roofing Contracts Manager Position Requirements
  • CSCS
  • Experience working on in the roofing sector
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Construction related qualification is desired
  • Highly motivated and want to develop with a growing business
  • Flexibility to travel
