My client a leading Kent based firm is looking for a commercial solicitor to join its Legal 500 ranked team. They work with a broad range of companies both locally, nationally and internationally with a particular strong reputation in the sustainable/renewable energy and technology sectors. This is an opportunity to undertake cutting-edge City quality work with a regional-feel work life balance/ethos.As part of the corporate commercial team you will be advising on a broad variety of commercial contracts including sale & purchase agreements, IP agreements, and construction documentation for clients in a range of sectors. Joining this commercial team will see you work alongside lawyers who solely specialise in commercial work, and partners who have city backgrounds; meaning you can expect good technical support and training in your work as well as career development. Ideally you should have at least 4PQE and should be capable of managing your own varied commercial caseload in a fast paced environment, where you deal directly with clients.
