Job Description

As a result of internal promotion a vacancy has arisen for a Technical Support Engineer in a leading medical company.About the role:

  • You will provide hands on technical support and maintenance of our range of humidifiers and medical devices
  • Deal with technical queries on the phone from hospitals, patients and team members
    • Profile:
  • You will have a can do attitude, a sense of humour and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • You will ideally have a background in electronic/electrical engineering at HND or equivalent and have the ability to be hands on with a range of medical devices, both in our service department and out on site in hospitals around the south of the UK.
  • Previous experience maintaining medical devices would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • You will have good technical skills plus the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people.
