Job Description

HR and Recruitment Advisor Location: Maidenhead, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office and 3 days working remotelyContract Type: PermanentSalary: circa £35,000 per annum, depending upon skills and experienceHours: Full Time, 37 hours per weekAre you a caring HR Advisor with a focus on people Then look no further, we have the role for you! About this Role and YouWe are seeking an ambitious HR and Recruitment Advisor to deliver professional, timely and sound HR advice with a particular focus on ER casework, guidance and project support ensuring employee wellbeing is at the centre of all decisions. This role willalso be key to delivering all aspects of recruitment in accordance with best practice and legislation, ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a positive experience.In this exciting role you will have autonomy to run end to end ER cases with the support and guidance of a talented, global HR team. You will work closely with the Head Office HR team, specifically the HR Manager and HR Coordinator to deliver excellent adviceand services to the stakeholders within the Head Office.You will be able to demonstrate

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular Excel to at least an intermediate level
  • Working as an advisor within a busy, confidential and employee focused environment a recruitment background or managing onboarding processes would be advantageous
  • Effectively utilising online systems and data bases
  • Managing casework
