Job Description

Our client based on the outskirts of Maidenhead, are seeking a TWO 2nd Line Support/ Implementation Engineers, one with a Office 365 focus, and one with a Networking focus, to join their rapidly expanding Technical Support team.The role involves supporting a variety of clients, providing exposure to a wide range of technologies as well as a strong focus on project deployments.Duties for both include:

  • 2nd line helpdesk support
  • Onsite technical support
  • Microsoft 365 deployment and configuration
    • Essential for the 365 role:
  • In depth Microsoft 365 configuration and deployment experience
  • Project rollout experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar or related role
  • Own transportation, with a current driving license/insurance and permanently reside within a 40 minute drive of the M4J8/9.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 and above.
  • Familiarity with network technologies
  • Microsoft qualifications
    • Essential for the Networking role:
  • Current CCNA or CCNP
  • Detailed experience of IPv4 networks, some exposure to IPv6
  • Design, installation and commissioning of Ethernet LAN
  • Project rollout experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, and Active Directory.

  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 and above.
  • Extensive knowledge of network technologies
