Job Description

SecretaryMaesteg£competitiveDue to their continued success, we have a great opportunity for someone to join a growing business who a leaders in their field both in the UK and globally and to make the role their ownThe role will be twofold. 1) Providing Secretarial support to the CEO and COO with regards to travel, diary management and expenses2) Co-ordinate the new training facilityDay to Day dutiesThis role will evolve but the key requirements will be to

  • Organise worldwide travel for 2 directors
  • Diary Management - Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Expenses
  • General secretarial support to Directors as required
  • Meeting, greeting and directing visitors
  • Booking in of clients into training courses and all associated paperwork
  • Maintaining training record systems to uphold accurate files
The personThe ideal person for this role:
  • Previous experience in a Secretarial or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and staff alike
  • Used to interacting with all departments in a business
  • Have previous experience of working with confidential and sensitive data
