  • To plan and manage the delivery & collection of vehicles, ensuring they meet customer expectations and driver efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaises with other departments across the Group to arrange collection and deliveries of motorbikes within mainland UK.
  • Arranges collection and delivery of motorbikes, keeping customersupdated, taking into consideration customer requests.
  • Planand manages routes to be the most cost and time efficient.
  • Forward planning.
  • Ensures all planned routes are within the drivers working time directive.
  • Communicates with drivers regarding their planned routes.
  • Checkmotorbike eligibility on purchase through documentation checks, imagery, and HPI verification.
  • Directly review feedback on the blemish report and the purchasing drivers report and check for discrepancies..
  • Liaises with the parts department to put right the discrepancies found and liaises with the purchasing driver.
  • Ensures system notes are updated and accurate.
  • Ensures GPDR requirements are met and in accordance with internal compliance.
  • Completes customer payments when required.
  • Be aware of and focused on achieving organisational values.
Essential Experience
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Working knowledge of the EU drivers hours regulations of working time directive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some knowledge of motorbike mechanics would be useful although not essential.
  • Experience working in a busy logistics environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on feet.
  • Good IT literacy.
