Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator £25,000 FTE (4 days) Hybrid Working.Superbike Factory Ltd was founded in 2010 and has developed into the largest retailer of new & used motorbikes in Europe. Superbike Factory is a data rich, digital first business, offering the only true end to end to online consumer experience in the sector,helped by our purpose built Master-Sites in Macclesfield and Donington Park.We also have over 2000 new and used motorbikes in our Macclesfield & Donington Park show rooms at any one time, and we are open daily for customers old and new to come and marvel at the number and selection of bikes we have in store. Backed by one of themost successful private equity houses in Europe, the business is now embarking on its next phase of growth, currently employing over 350 people. We opened our second Super-Site at Donnington Park racetrack in 2021 and are planning two additional site openingsthis year, in addition to a recent acquisition. Superbike Factory is simply the go to place for motorbike fanatics!You dont have to love motorbikes to work here, although many of our team have turned their passion in to their career! The growth of our business is beating all expectation and has led to a further two new site openings. There are further plans to openmore sites later in the year and in 2023.We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, whowill be responsible for providing an operational coordination service to the business and talent team. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team withprocesses toenable them to ensure Superbike Factory attracts and retains theright people.This is a great opportunity if you have excellent administration and customer service skills, are highly organised and able to work at pace across a variety of different tasks.Previous experience of working with an ATS/large database would be desirable.The Business: We currently employ over 350 colleagues across 3 sites, with more site openings early next year.The Team: You will be joining a friendly and driven team, made up of a People Director, People Manager, People Coordinator, TalentAcquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Executive and a Learning & Development Specialist.Key responsibilities :

  • Co-ordinate/book interviews for all positions as requested.
  • Help manage the candidate experience from application through to on boarding.
  • Obtaining references prior to employment
  • Keeping in touch with candidates between offer and start date
  • Chasing new starter documentation
  • Support the talent acquisition team in ensuring adherence to the resourcing process
  • Monitor applications and provide status updates to talent acquisition team.
  • Monitor and action calls /emails or other communications received by the Talent Acquisition team
  • Provide resourcing/CV database searches in support to the talent team.
  • Accompanying Talent Acquisition to Manager vacancy meetings where required.
Skills/Experience required
  • Previous experience in a customer facing roles involving a high degree of verbal and written communication
  • Proven team co-ordination skills
  • Strong organisational skills, fluent in MS Office applications
  • Able to develop valued relationships with the People & Culture team, Managers and Candidates alike
  • Detail oriented with strong learning ability
