If you are ambitious and want to progress toward a career in financial services compliance, this would be a great move for you!Responsibilities of our Quality & Assurance Officer

  • Conduct effective QA monitoring on aweekly andmonthly basis withinagreed business service levels. Ensuringaccuracyupon completionand stored in accordance withbusinessrequirements.
  • Ensure that all results and risk areas are communicated effectively and efficiently withkeyindividuals and departmentmanagers.
  • Provide accurate MI to management asagreed.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify trends across the teams and make recommendations for further review,training, and business improvementopportunities.
  • Support with other Compliance Team duties where necessary
  • Carry out trainingaccreditationsfor new starters to ensure they are competent for the role.
What we are looking for with our Quality & Assurance Officer
  • Professional,conscientious,motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenwithattention to detail and accuracy
  • Background in quality assurance, training & coaching or similar in a regulated environment
  • Abilityto deliver quality under pressureand work to deadlines
  • Keen to learn, with a hands-on approach
  • Experience in coaching and delivering feedback
Desirable
  • Knowledge of lending/credit broking
  • Experience working in the motor financeindustry
