Job Description

Part Time Accounts Assistant, Based in Macclesfield but with flexibility to work from home, 16hrs per week expected, 2 days with some flexibility around days and times, Salary £20k-£25k pro rata.We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join a Tier 1 manufacturing business based in Macclesfield. We are keen to hear from candidates with experience as a an Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper or similar. You willneed to have high attention to detail and accuracy and be comfortable working in a varied accounts role. Experience of Sage Line 50 would be highly advantageous but is not essential.The role:Sales Ledger:

Raising Sales Invoices and sending to Customer
Credit Checks for new customers
Sending Customer Statements
Credit Control

Purchase Ledger

Purchase Invoice input including matching up to Purchase orders and delivery.
Getting Purchase invoices authorised
Communicating with suppliers
Raising Payments including Monthly payment run.

Bank (Including Currency accounts)

Entering payments, Receipts and allocating correctly
Bank reconciliation
Matching up Credit Cards to expenses and coding to accounts.
