We are opening further new sites, and broadening and strengthening our marketing channels, therefore we are now looking for someone tojoin our journey; who is eager to learn and progress in all areas.Key Responsibilities

• Assistant to the Marketing Director and Retail Marketing Manager.
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with the development of organic retail social media plans.
• Creation and implementation of social media activity.
• Assisting with the community management of all SuperBike Factory social media accounts. Following the marketing process for escalating complaints.
• Assisting with website testing and highlighting to the wider team.
• Reporting on organic social performance.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and upload blog content for SuperBike Factory.
• Assisting with sourcing images to be used across our social channels and email campaigns.
• Working with the Marketing Manager, and wider team, ensure our stock inventory is correct and monitor for any site issues.
• Assisting with promotional activities, influencers/partners, and events.
• Assist with compiling data for reporting.
• Assisting with the production of internal documents and high-quality printing.
• Assist on projects to grow our paid channels.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to manage project plans, ensuring deadlines are being achieved.
• Assist with the creation of design work for promotional activity.
• Assist in the organisation of influencer projects and filming.

Essential Experience

• Marketing Office Support
• Understanding of how social media is used as a marketing tool

Desirable Experience (although not essential)

• Experience of Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
• Automotive knowledge advantageous
