Marketing and Admin Assistant/ApprenticeSuperBike Factory, based in Macclesfield (with locations in Derby, Bradford, London and a further 2 opening this year), is the UKs largest buyer, seller and financier of used, new and electric motorbikes. The company is consumer centric and strives to deliver5-star service. By putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, the business has experienced continued growth and now is looking to expand its marketing team.This is a diverse and every changing working environment. The role would suit an individual who is a self-starter and motivated to work quickly and efficiently. We are an outgoing, close-knit team who work hard but understand the need for a work/life balance.This role will be office-based working across all of our divisions: Retail, Purchasing and Finance.Responsibilities

• Assisting the marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Manager working across all divisions.
• Replying to customers on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Inviting users to join our Facebook page.
• Compiling reports for our 3rd party stakeholders.
• Compiling monthly social media reports with platform data.
• Assisting with events both the lead up and on the day.
• Assist with preparing motorbikes to be photographed for social media and emails.
• Updating daily social media data for 3rd party stakeholder.
• Updating paid media data for 3rd party stakeholder.
• Monitoring website for any issues.
• Checking of external websites to ensure our inventory is being shown correctly.
• Working with the wider team to ensure our stock inventory is correct and monitoring for any site issues.
• Assisting with development of email campaigns.
• Developing internal documents following brand guidelines.
• Updating the accessory store stock.
• Assisting with sourcing motorbikes and logistics for our partners.
• Assisting in the research of our monthly social media plans as well as sourcing anything required for posts.
• Updating our eBay and Gumtree featured listings.

• Well organised.

• Self-starter with an ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft office products.
• A positive attitude to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Confident in following instructions and working independently on projects.
