  • Have strong experience in coaching and developing a team, driving continuous improvement, and providing expert employee relations advice

If you answered yes to the above, we want to hear from you!As the successful HR Service Desk Manager you will:
  • Lead the HR Service Desk Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Coach, develop & upskill Line Managers & Operators to ensure that they are confident and competent to handle day-to-day employee relations activity on site (i.e. disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the HR function, challenging the status quo.
  • Provide expert employee relations advice and support, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective People Vision and UK HR Strategy.
  • Deliver projects to a high standard in line with the HR Strategy
Working Pattern: Monday - FridayWhat can you bringSkills & Experience:
  • Background in HR ideally with management experience (CIPD qualification desirable)
  • Proven ability to handle a range of ER issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work, fostering a warm and friendly environment.
