Job Description

We are currently looking for a high calibre and experienced hair stylist who is reliable, professional, and passionate. Good customer service skills are a must. We offer our customers a range of high-quality hair services so experience in skills like skin-fadingare important for this role.You will be trained to level 3 and ideally have at least 2 years of experience.Your duties will include:

  • Colum Management that maximises revenue and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform: cuts, colours, blow drys and up-dos
  • Liaise with guests and members to promote services and convert enquiries to bookings, this process enabling you to build a loyal client base
  • Control and order stock as required and with the support of the Spa Manager
  • Ensure budgets and targets are met
  • Be a proficient user of our online booking system
