Job Description

We currently have opportunities for a Goods In / Out Advisor to join our team based in Macclesfield. Joining on a full time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum.We are SuperBike Factory, Europes largest used motorbike retailer and we are looking for ambitious talent to join our team in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Our existing 100,000 sq. ft Cheshire master site, with more than 2,000 bikes, a visibleworkshop area and comprehensive accessories shop, SuperBike Factory are Europes largest motorbike retailer.With the addition of our impressive new second site which recently opened in Donington this year, it firmly establishes us as the go to location when looking to buy, sell, part-exchange, or finance a motorbike. Or simply a great day out for Bike fans andtheir family.With further expansion planned for next year we are anticipating a massive impact, now is a great time to join our New Sales Team.Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Providing excellent face to face Customer service.
  • Ensure motorcycles have passed through our workshop and are ready for the customer to collect.
  • Liaising with sales and workshop departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Performing a pre-collection expectation and identifying any issues.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs on motorcycles pre-collection.
  • Ensuring the motorcycles have been cleaned to a high standard for the customers to collect.
  • Managing stock to ensure motorcycles for sale are displayed in the showroom.
Goods In/Out AdvisorProfessional Skills & Qualifications
  • Great communication skills and able to liaise between departments.
  • Excellent eye for detail, able to identify problems and resolve issues.
  • Experience in a Customer Service role essential.
  • Must have a flexible attitude to work.
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in a customer facing environment.
  • A passion for motorcycles.
