Finance Sales ExecutiveCompany backgroundSuperbike Factory Ltd was founded in 2010, and today via its principal brands of SuperbikeFactory.co.uk, Wewantyourmotorbike.com, Webuyanybike.com, and Superbikeloans.co.uk is the largest retailer of used motorbikes in Europe.With over 2000 new and used motorbikes in the Macclesfield, Donington Park, Bradford, and Southern showroomsat any one time, we are open daily forcustomers old and newto come and marvel at the number and selection of motorbikeswe have in store.Superbike Factory is also a data-rich, digital-first business, offering the only true end to end to online consumer experience in the sector, supportedby our purpose-built Super-Sites in Macclesfield and Donington Park, and further workshops with showroomsinWest Yorkshire and the South, with more to come throughout 2023/24!Superbike Factory is simply the go-to place for motorbike fanatics!You dont have to love motorbikes to work here, although many of our team have turned their passion into their career!Responsibilities of a Finance Sales Executivewill include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience through all levels of the Loans process.
  • Proactively managing a pipeline of customers, who are interested in acquiring motorcycle finance.
  • Adhering to Compliance and FCA regulations on all calls, guaranteeing the best and fairest outcome for our customers.
  • Recording customer details on the in-house system.
  • Maximizing sales to hit targets & earn more.
  • Being a proud and passionate ambassador of the SuperBike Factory family.
  • Working weekends on a rota basis.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working in a sales environment to achieve targets.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with your customers.
  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • To be driven to achieve your goals and the goals of the business.
