They pride themselves on entrepreneurial spirit and ambition which has been fuelled their growth. They based in modern offices in the town centre.DescriptionThe Finance Business Partner role reports in to the Head of FP&A and this role will primarily be concerned with designing and running group budgeting and forecasting processes in addition to ensuring budget/forecasts are robust, challenging and aligned tostrategy and long-term business planning and assist in preparing analytical insights for the Executive Team and Board, detailing the drivers of budgeted costs/revenue and variances to actuals.ProfileYou will need to be either ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with previous in a role that had exposure to commercial analysis. You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be collaborating with other areas of the businesson a regular basis in this role. You will also need to be technically sound and be a strong MS Excel user (experience of macros ans SQL isnt essential but desirable).Job OfferYou will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 with excellent benefits including 25 days holiday.
