Job Description

Role: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: MacclesfieldSalary: Competitive (This is a new role in the business we are looking for an Ecommerce expert, we are open to discussions on salary)SuperBike Factory was founded in 2010 and we are the largest retailer of used motorbikes in the UK and Europe.From our new purpose-built head office in Macclesfield sales turnover has grown rapidly to over £34m in 2021 and we currently employ over 170 people, moving to 400 in the next year. We are lucky enough to be backed by one of the most successful private equityhouses in Europe, which is enabling us to embark on the next rapid phase of growth, with additional sites opening in the coming eight months. We all genuinely love getting in on the Monday morning, love the people that we work with and have a good laugh at the same time.As we are expanding and opening new sites, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding Marketing Team. Progression within this business is a given, you should be at the top of your game with the passion to move upthe career ladder very quickly. Once you have successfully come on board, you should be looking to expand your team from day one.The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for our online and physical showrooms. They will work with the Marketing Director and Operations Directorto drive traffic both online and instore in order to maximise the exposure and sell through of our motorbikes, add-ons and accessories.This role will work closely with our marketing team, sales and customer services, advertising and media agencies. Developing and providing analysis of traffic, leads, sales and other reports will be required to ensure we are focused on the best tactics todrive sales online and within our expanding retail network.   • Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Operations Director and the Store General Managers on both national and local marketing activity. Ownership of budget and lead generation, together with influencing processes to maximise conversion rates and minimiseacquisition costs.
  • Have a strong understanding on how to develop a omnichannel communications plan in order to optimise conversions.
  • Understanding of channel attribution and the ability to make tactical decisions in order to increase performance.
  • Develop and manage ROI, analytics for marketing campaigns and provide reporting to the Marketing Director.
  • Ensure instore compliance with SBF brand guidelines.
  • Develop and share best practices to increase retail sales.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and trends in consumer buying behaviours and develop appropriate responses.
  • Working from the office in Macclesfield, will also be travelling to other sites in the business when needed.
  • Have full driving licence and own transport.
Digital Marketing Manager: Qualifications, Technical Skills, Experience
  • Strong project management: A team player with strong time-management skills and an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Leadership and influencing: Great interpersonal and communication skills, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, helping develop the vision and sharing ideas to the wider marketing team. Constant networking and representing SBF to outsiders. Dataanalysis: Continual analysis of marketing channel performance and consumer trends. A critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Retail Expertise: Hands on experience in driving traffic to stores, together with creating and executing promotions to drive conversions. A true understanding of online and offline relationships.
  • Digital Expertise: In depth knowledge of different digital acquisition marketing channels including; search, display, video and remarketing. Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices, including hands-on
