TRIP has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Curtains Supervisor/Department Manager to join a long-established luxury, family run retail business in Cheshire. This is a well-respected multi-million-pound family run business (over 100 years) thatare looking to continue to grow an already strong concept.This represents an excellent opportunity to join their team and be involved in the brands expansion, providing excellent opportunities to progress your career.Specific experience in selling curtains is a necessity for this role, previous experience measuring is highly desirable, full training will be given on the specific products.Job Role/Requirements- Experience in Curtain/Blind/Shutter retail sales is necessary- Excellent customer service helping guide customers to find their perfect, Curtains, Blinds or shutters- Smart and presentable appearance at all times- Experience in working out quotations on all types of Window coverings- Experience in using Microsoft Word/Excel- Experience in using the interiors ACE system is preferable although this is not essential as training will be given- Self-motivated, and team motivating- Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy at all times- Travel off-site to customer homes to help guide them through the selection process if required- Be able to achieve targeted sales and KPIs- Have fun working with the fantastic Interiors TeamThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, performance related pay, excellent benefits and the opportunity to join a strong family business and local brand with aspirations for the future.Basic + individual commission + bonuses OTE 30-35k, (Basic c22k)
