There are currently 5 people in the business, you would make number 6. Grace became Head of Design in 4 years, could you follow in her footstepsWhat will you do as the Creative Graphic and Digital Designer, I hear you askYou don’t need me to tell you what a Graphic Designer does. In this case, you will work with a range of B2B clients covering a full scope of project types including brand development, website design, social media imagery, brochure design, PPT slide design, the list goes on… If you’re looking for variety in your role, you’ll find it here!Your hours will be Mon – Thurs, 8.45AM – 5.15PM with an earlier finish of 4.45PM on a Friday. They set realistic timescales and expectations with their clients, which means no horrible and stressful deadlines for you, no late-night finishes, a well-oiled machine can work wonders for your stress levels! You will work from the comfort of your own home, with full equipment provided. The team meets up quarterly for a good old-fashioned activity day/night, to keep team spirit alive. They have Teams meetings every morning and catch up regularly throughout the day – you’ll never feel like you’re on your own.You must be wondering what you’ll need to be the next Creative Graphic and Digital DesignerAt least 2 years of experience within a Creative Graphic Designer role. It is essential that you have experience with Wordpress as well as the Adobe suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD and After Effects. You will also need to be incredibly client focussed; it is vital that your main priority is the satisfaction of clients with your design work. This is probably the biggest challenge within the role, that you don’t stop until your client is happy and that you are able to take feedback, without taking it personally.Although the role is WFH, due to the location of the business’ clients, you will need to be based within a reasonable vicinity of Cheshire, ideally around Greater Manchester, Staffordshire, Sheffield or Buxton.Who will you work forThe business was founded in 2015 by a husband and wife team with the sole purpose of setting themselves apart from other marketing agencies. In the past 5 years they have certainly done that.
