Job Description

Commercial Catering Gas EngineerSalary / Package on offer: - Fully Employed Role - £34k-£37k Base Salary (depending on experience) + Company Van + Pension + Overtime + Phone + 20 Days Annual Leave (Rising to 25) + Benefits.Location: - youll need to live within a commutable distance to Macclesfield (East Cheshire) as youll be responsible for working mobile and covering the local region. Therefore areas such as; - Crewe, Stockport, Cheshire etc.Company Background:Superb opportunity to join a leading and established organisation within the Mechanical, Plumbing and Engineering industry and who hold almost 60 years industry knowledge and experience.Job Role:

  • Youll be responsible for servicing and reactive works on commercial and domestic boilers and plumbing and heating systems.
  • 20% of the role will also include commercial catering work, carrying out CP42 gas safety inspections in commercial catering kitchens.
  • Working in a range of domestic and commercial buildings, healthcare sectors, schools, office blocks, pubs, care homes etc.
Key Skills Required:
  • Proven background as a Gas / Heating Engineer, youll need to hold relevant Commercial Catering experience / qualifications such as COMCAT 1,2 and 5.
  • Domestic Gas such as CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1 etc.
  • Certificates such as Water Regulations and Unvented Cylinders are also desired however not essential.
