Lunch subsidies / free refreshments and snacks are offered.Job description:As an Assistant Financial Accountant for Elior you will be expected to:- Administration of fixed asset process; recording of capital expenditure (CAPEX) additions, disposals and transfers- Preparation of month-end fixed asset reconciliation- Dealing with queries regarding CAPEX process or fixed asset registers- Initial point of contact for Financial Accounts and Financial Accounts CAPEX mailboxes- Maintenance of Anaplan database for leased assets- Assist in supporting the external audit- Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the business, in relation to financial accounting elementsWhat Good Looks Like:- Ability to manage own workload to achieve deadlines- Proactive coordination with colleagues in Finance and other teams to ensure timely delivery of information to support own accountabilities- Continuously look for ways to improve, problem solve and develop processes- Strong attention to detail- Actively engaged with the wider team by sharing best practice, feedback and ideas- Passionate about the role and approach all tasks with enthusiasm, dedication, professionalism & careProfile description:The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Assistant Financial Accountant include:- Ideally worked with SAP- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting policies- Part qualified ACCA or qualified by experience- Experience of working to tight deadlines
