Job Description

An fantastic opportunity has become available for an administrator with a can do it attitude to join a team to provide support across the company to ensure the business operates in a smooth and efficient manner.Client DetailsOur client are a successful, exciting biotech company that have doubled their team over the last 2 years, based in Macclesfield Cheshire and the UKs largest single site life science campus (near to Manchester).DescriptionThey key duties and responsibilities will include varied duties such as:

  • First point of contact for office main telephone number
  • Responsible for submitting and tracking facilities requests
  • Assisting with visitor bookings
  • Assisting with meeting room booking administration
  • Organising lunches and refreshments for company meetings as required
  • Managing the levels of stationary and reordering as necessary
  • Organising health and safety training for staff including first aid and fire extinguisher training
  • Arranging monthly meetings and taking minutes
  • Arranging new starter inductions
  • Ensure all SHE signage is up to date including list of first aiders, fire wardens and all records are correct and up to date
  • General administration for CEO and for wider Executive/Management Team such as expenses, co-ordinating dates and availability for meetings on and off site, booking meetings etc
  • Organising regular leadership team and Company-wide meetings and events
  • Managing the supplier relationships for travel and accommodation administration including board members as required
  • General administration duties as required.
ProfileTo be considered for the role you will be/have:
  • Good communication skills and excellent organisational abilities
  • IT proficient (e.g. Excel, Word)
