Broster Buchanan are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to be based in Peterborough, the role is 3 days office with 2 from home.Role Responsibilities:* Reporting monthly and weekly resultst* Accruals and Prepayment balance sheet reconciliations, including analysis of risks and opportunities* Preparation of Budget and Forecast for departments, together with business stakeholders* Presentation of Month End results, Budgets and Outlooks to stakeholders* Variance analysis in advance of Budget and Outlook submissions* Lead the monthly/budget/forecast headcount consolidation* Responsible for the monthly accruals schedule for shared costs* Responsibility for creating and driving strong stakeholder relationships* Support Finance Managers with any ad hoc business requests* Communication across the wider finance teamPerson Specification:* Actively studying or looking to study an accountancy qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA)* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, underpinned by system skills (Excel)* Ability to identify key performance indicators, adhering to reporting timetables and adoption of processesSalary: £32,000 - £37,000 + Study Support
