Your Responsibilities We are looking for those who can share in our ethos for delivering the very highest standards for our Customer and Owners!Working alongside our dedicated team of Housekeepers and wider Maintenance Team, you will be a key player in our busy team, which from day one will see you:

Assist with all aspects of getting linen and towels ready to go out to properties; sorting, washing, drying, ironing and packing all laundry.
Must be compliant with all health and safety procedures whilst working on and with various laundry machines.
Ensuring compliance with Data Protection legislation.
To help improve, develop and implement administrative systems.
Fulfilment of other tasks assigned by the Managers and Directors.
To participate with other members of staff as necessary to develop company policy.
Proactively identifying potential issues and resolving them quickly.
Escalating any urgent/high priority issues in line with company policies.
Provide a professional and compassionate service that converts potential complainants into advocates for the brand.

Skills and Qualifications We know what kind of people we want in our team and our next Laundry Assistant will be our newest friendly, collaborative addition to our team!
